My husband and I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank Lyle Kurt for all of his help during the recent sale of our home.
Being faced with a rather challenging situation – trying to sell our home in Sudbury while simultaneously searching for a new home in another city, with my husband being out of town for extended periods of time – we both felt somewhat overwhelmed and didn’t quite know where to start.

Lyle’s guidance certainly paid off. The house sold in record time, and for more than our actual asking price. However, Lyle’s work didn’t stop there: he went above and beyond and spent a considerable amount of time talking to us about the kinds of things to look out for when purchasing a home in our new location: choosing real estate agents, knowing what questions to ask, checking out neighbourhoods, and choosing a home that would be a wise and hopefully profitable investment over the years. In the end, we made a decision to build, and again, Lyle was tremendously helpful in educating us with respect to choosing a builder, subdivisions, lots, upgrades, and the list goes on.
We cannot say enough good things about Lyle’s patience, guidance and sound advice during the past few months. We would highly recommend Lyle to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy real estate professional who puts the best interest of his clients first.
