Miriam Collins Assistant
Miriam has a background in business travel, voluntary work and real estate. Having lived in 6 countries in Europe, Africa and Canada Miriam has gained valuable experience and knowledge of the real estate business including current market trends and housing styles. For the last 2 years Miriam has teamed-up with Lyle Kurt, within the Coldwell Banker team, supplying full real estate services to an existing client-base in Sudbury, to newcomers from elsewhere in Canada and from international locations. Miriam possesses a wide understanding of Sudbury market dynamics and housing availability within the various city areas and suburbs. Miriam also possesses a vast knowledge in relocations and the associated challenges; whether local within Northern Ontario, or from further afield.

David Kurt is the newest addition to the Lyle Kurt Real Estate Team. He brings extensive knowledge in business, economics and marketing, and received his Honors Bachelor of Commerce from Laurentian University. David is actively involved with many community organizations including serving on the Sudbury Mining Week Committee.
